Today as I was getting ready to throw my Lean Cuisine lunch into the microwave, I checked out the nutritional label. 300 calories, ok. 6 grams fat, ok. Calories from fat: 50. Since 50/300 = 16.67%, I think this ok. Fiber: 5 grams, sounds good. Total Carbohydrates: 58 grams. hmm.. I think if you do Atkins, this is approximately the amount of carbs you can eat in a week*. :) I wouldn't know, being a carbohydrate addict, I would never attempt Atkins. So, I guess I'll just sit at my desk and hope I don't literally explode with excessive carb-ness. Ack.. my clothes already feel tighter!
* I figure if there was a big hoopla over 2 grams of carbs less in some Light Beer, then 58 grams of carbs must be a lot.-----
