I once worked with a woman who was in upper/executive level management and whenever people would FREAK out in silly ways over something business related she would whip out her Magic 8 ball and consult it for the answer.
The CEO thought she was nuts at first but before long the whole company used her Magic 8 ball to settle disputes.
It is almost zen-like yaknow.
