Deadline to register to vote is tomorrow: If you want to vote in the March 2 Mass. presidential primary or change your party registration, the last day to do so is tomorrow. Mail-in forms must be postmarked by Feb. 11. City and town halls will be open until 8 p.m. to register voters.
