If I'm going to workout on a Sunday inside (that's every Sunday in the winter and from time to time in the nice weather), I'll go to the gym while the Sunday morning poltical talk shows are on. Because my gym has a seemingly infinite number of televisions, I can switch between them depending on who has the best guest. Sometimes I listen to one and read the closed captioning of another. I know, I have a sickness.
However, I end up receiving funny looks when the inevitable ridiculous comment is made and I either say: "pfffffftttt!" or throw my hands in the air at the tv. I think I'm going to start a list of things that get my going, just for my own amusement. Today's comes to us from Zell Miller (a Democrat in name only. A man who is actually speaking at the Republican convention and has endorsed Bush for President) on Meet the Press:
Then went on to say the Democrats don't accept diverse views and his example to back this up was that they wouldn't let a pro-life Democrat speak at the 1992 convention.-----
